Mid August I wrote about new construction trending up in Punta Gorda and since then I have had a number of people ask if I could give a few examples. Too early to tell if this will be a game changer for the market but by all measures they have enjoyed a high level of interest resulting in a resurgent’s of sales.
Punta Gorda Fl real estate and the surrounding area continue to lag in sales of homes particularly in the 500k and over market. What the future holds remains uncertain but it is clear for people fortunate enough to afford a home in this price range now have the option to look at Arthur Rutenberg Home.
