Many consider the deed restricted community of Punta Gorda Isles, also known as PGI, to be the leading waterfront neighborhood in Southwest Florida. Situated just one mile from beautiful downtown Punta Gorda, PGI's beauty and location make this the perfect place for your new home. Established in the late 1950's PGI has over 5300 home lots, most of which are on canals that are 100 feet wide and 6 to 10 feet deep.
