North Port Real Estate

North Port FL has experienced dramatic growth over the past ten years. With a population of 57,000 residents which is a 152% increase over past 10 years! It now ranks as largest city in Sarasota County. Correspondently North Port real estate has grown significantly. While the housing boom slowed things down home sales have been on a rebound since 2009. In 2010 North Port had very high inventory levels but strong sales have pushed listings from historic highs to more traditional levels. A well thought-out and beautiful downtown coupled and close to world class beaches the future looks bright.
