“Kids Carnival” or Zirkus Circus and the Flippin Spectacular promoted by Edgewater Entertainment and held in the City Market Place in downtown Punta Gorda. Was a great hit for families featuring all kinds of carnival and circus attractions? This event is a reminder that Punta Gorda is not just for adults but has happenings for the whole family.

TT’s Tiki Bar behind Sheraton Four Point Hotel on Peace River has provided great entertainment these first 2 weeks of October. Mike Imbasciani & his BluezRockerz has become a very popular Punta Gorda band. Delivering a combination of blues and rock music covering a lot of well know songs. Later that week coming down from Nashville solo artist known for playing Bob Dylan tunes among other well-known songs was Vini Contreas. All would agree you can’t beat the setting along the Peace River.
